FROM BERRY TO THE BORDER
NSW's southern stretch of coastline is one of the State's best-kept secrets. It may not attract nearly as many visitors as the north, but it should: the entire region is an absolute jewel. It's not unusual to pitch your tent in lush forest, perched right on the edge of fantastic surf beaches – or next to an untouched, crystal clear cove just made for swimming, snorkelling and diving.

> The area also caters for those seeking a little luxury – and amongst its attractive fishing and seaside towns are excellent guest houses, B&Bs, seaside resorts and hotels. The route from the Shoalhaven to the Eurobodalla Coast, and through the Sapphire Coast to the Victorian border, is one of the prettiest in the State.
